Configuring Alerts for Device Collections

By configuring alerts for a collection, you provide administrators with the ability to review malware activity in the dashboard and to receive emails for these alerts if email notification is configured. There are seven check boxes provided:

• Client Check

• Client Remediation

• Client Activity

• Malware Detection

• Malware Outbreak

• Repeated Malware Detection

• Multiple Malware Detection

Only malware alerts can be emailed, but all seven listed here are viewable in the Endpoint Protection dashboard. You can configure each of these alert thresholds individually. You cannot configure alerts for user collections. To configure alerts for device collections, follow these steps:
