If you’ve installed any Microsoft application, you have probably seen a prompt that asks if you want to send anonymous feedback to Microsoft for the product, usually known as the Customer Experience Improvement Program (CEIP). Over the years, Microsoft has reported that ConfigMgr administrators and operators spend the majority of their time in the console working on collections, and based on this CEIP feedback, Microsoft continues working on collections to make your job easier. Some of the new features make that process easier, but many new features in collections just may make you spend a bit more time in this area, for very good reasons.
