Reference line

Tableau allows you to add reference line to your visualization. For example, if you are analyzing the monthly sales, you can add a reference line for average sales so you can see how each month is performing against the average. In the previous section, we learned about formatting date. In this section, we will talk about how to create different types of reference lines.
