How to do it...

In this recipe, we will create some projects, groups, users, and set permissions.

  1. Create two new projects, one for Marketing and Finance, by navigating to Create | Project, as follows:

  1. Create the following three groups for Finance as shown in the following screenshot:
    • Owner
    • Developers
    • Viewers

  1. We create the following five local users:
    • Lisa: Finance Site Administrator Creator
    • Mike: Finance Explorer(publish)
    • Eric: Finance Explorer(publish)
    • John: Finance Viewer
    • Satu: Finance Viewer
