ABOUT THE AUTHOR

After a Hall of Fame career as an All‐American at the University of Louisville, Eric Wood was a first‐round NFL draft pick by the Buffalo Bills in 2009. He played nine seasons with the Bills, which included a Pro Bowl and two Walter Payton Man of the Year nominations. In 2018, he suffered a career‐ending neck injury that has led him on a journey to find out what's next for him.

After calling football games for Fox, ESPN, and CBS early on in his journey, Eric is currently the radio analyst for the Buffalo Bills and the host of the “What's Next with Eric Wood” podcast, where he interviews high achievers in a variety of fields. Eric is a keynote speaker, author, and performance coach who is driven by a passion to help others achieve the best versions of themselves. He uses years of training and coaching from the top minds in his field to promote dedication and hard work at any stage.

Eric is married to his beautiful wife, Leslie, and has two children, Grace and Garrett.
