The Form Creation Tools (Pro Feature)
If you have PDFpenPro, the segmented Tools button in the toolbar has an additional set of tools: the Form Creation tools. You use the Form Creation tools to put interactive form elements into a PDF; see Make an Interactive PDF Form, which also describes how to set the elements’ names, values, behaviors, and other characteristics. (You might also want to check out Fill Out PDF Forms to see how to fill out a form with PDFpen.)
Click on the page with one of the Form Creation tools to create a form element at its default size; drag to create an element of arbitrary size. You can also resize elements after you create them.
