More and more, you might find yourself wondering “Should I use Spotlight or Siri when I search?” When it comes to natural language searches and the acquisition of random facts, Siri rules. But if you prefer typing (and seeing a written response) or you want to launch an app or open a System Preferences pane with a few keystrokes, Spotlight packs power. Also, unlike Siri, Spotlight also doesn’t require an internet connection to work with local files and apps.
