Cash flow analysis
Cash flow analysis is the forward-looking radar that allows a company to adjust its monetary strategies to allow for cash flow fluctuations and bumps in the business environment. Value analysis allows a company to adjust its products or services to meet its customers’ expectations while minimizing cost and maximizing quality.
Both are very important and amazingly underutilized in business.
