Google includes a variety of powerful and useful utilities and apps with its Android OS. Like everything else on the Internet, however, there's no way even the horde of brains at Google can think of everything. No matter how clever you are, there's a good chance there's someone on the Internet who either is more clever or possesses greater resources to develop something great.
