Communicating in Real-Time with iChat and FaceTime

It seems like there’s no shortage of ways to communicate nowadays. We have mobile phones, e-mail, instant messaging, Facebook, texting, VoIP, and even old-fashioned letters. Included with Lion are two built-in apps that allow us to communicate in many of the ways listed. First, there’s iChat, which allows you to IM your friends as well as audio and video chat with them.
