Analyzing Behaviors

In the previous chapters, I’ve talked a lot about value and motivation. Now I want to take a look at the process for analyzing a behavior and mapping the results of that to solutions that might be effective.

Many behavioral models exist. Behavioral science draws from a wide range of fields like psychology, behavioral economics, public health, safety, finance, human factors engineering, and persuasive technology (to identify just a few). Each of these domains has principles and models that frequently overlap with similar material from other domains.
