Rules of eye contact
We hear a lot about eye contact. Some people hit the ‘sweet spot’; others seem to have difficulty in understanding the ‘rules’. Too much of it can make people uncomfortable, both in personal and professional life, and certainly when seeking romance! An important point that shouldn’t be forgotten is that your eyes play a big part in face-to-face communication. It is the strongest of your non-verbal gestures.
