4.3. Enter Presentation Content in an Outline

Build the text for a new presentation in moments on the Outline tab. Type text, using keyboard shortcuts to demote (move to a lower level) and promote (move to a higher level) headings.

The first slide entered automatically becomes the presentation's Title slide. Additional slides use another slide layout automatically, although you can change the layout later.

Enter Presentation Content in an Outline

1 Create a new, blank presentation file.

NOTE

The blank presentation appears in Normal view.

2 Click the Outline ...
