16.1. Modify Common PowerPoint Options
PowerPoint provides a wide variety of options that enable you to customize how it operates. Some options are common to working with a variety of features, such as the Live Preview feature. Similarly, the user name options help PowerPoint identify who created presentation files. You can change these common options in the PowerPoint Options dialog box.
