Save a Calendar as a Web Page
If you manage your own Web site — for example, for your child’s Little League team — you can save your Outlook calendar as a Web page and post it. Others can then visit your site to view the calendar. (When you save a calendar as a Web page, it is not updated to reflect changes made to the calendar on your computer.)
Save a Calendar as a Web Page
1. | With the calendar you want to save as a Web page displayed in Outlook, click File.

2. | Click Save As Web Page.

3. | In the Save as Web Page dialog box, click and select the first and last dates you want to include in the Web page.

4. | To allow page visitors to view details about the appointments in the calendar, select the Include Appointment Details check box.
To include a background graphic for the Web page, select the Use Background Graphic check box and click Browse to locate the graphic.

5. | Type a calendar name.

6. | To open the Web page in your Web browser after you finish the save operation, select the Open Saved Web Page in Browser check box.
