5.1. Change the Event View
The Events pane in iPhoto Preferences enables you to view event photos in a variety of ways. You can choose what happens when you double-click an event thumbnail. By default, when you double-click an event, thumbnails of all of the photos within the event are shown in Photo view. You can set the preferences so that a single photo is magnified when you double-click an event thumbnail.
Change the Event View
Click iPhoto in the main menu bar.
Click Preferences.
The iPhoto Preferences dialog opens.
