Create a Folder for Saving Messages
You can create new folders and move messages
from the Inbox to the new folders to keep the
Inbox uncluttered. After you use Entourage
for a while, you may find that you have many
messages in your Inbox folder.
You should use each folder you create to save related messages.
For example, you could create separate folders for people you
correspond with regularly, projects you are working on, different
work departments, and so on.

How do I delete a
folder?
Click the folder, click
Edit, and then click
Delete Folder (or press
+
Del
). Note that Entourage
only allows you to delete
folders that you created
yourself. Also remember that
when you delete a folder, you
also delete any messages stored in that folder.
How do I rename a folder?
Double-click the folder. A text
box opens that displays the
current folder name. In the
text box, type the new
name and then press
. Note that
Entourage only allows you
to rename folders that you
created yourself.
Entourage moves the message.
You can click the destination
folder to confirm the message has
been moved.
MOVE A MESSAGE TO ANOTHER
FOLDER
1 Click the folder that contains the
message you want to move.
2 Position the mouse over the
message you want to move.
3 Click and drag the message and
drop it on the folder to which you
want to move the message.
Note: To move multiple messages, hold down ,
click each message, and then drag any selected
message to the destination folder.
