CREATE A MONTHLY REPEATING APPOINTMENT
1 Select the Monthly option ( changes to ).
2 Select the Day option ( changes to ).
3 Type the day of the month you want to use.
4 Type the monthly interval you want to use.
You can also click here ( changes to ) and
then specify a relative interval.
CREATE A WEEKLY REPEATING APPOINTMENT
1 Select the Weekly option ( changes to ).
2 Type the weekly interval you want to use.
3 Select the check box beside each day you want to
use ( changes to ).
CREATE A BASIC REPEATING
APPOINTMENT
1 Switch to Calendar and create a
new appointment.
Note: See the section “Create an Appointment”” to
learn how to create a new appointment.
2 Click the Occurs and then
click the recurrence interval you
want to use.
To create your own recurrence
interval, click Custom or click
Edit to open the Recurring Event
dialog. The rest of this section
shows you how to use this dialog.
CREATE A DAILY REPEATING
APPOINTMENT
1 Select the Daily option
( changes to ).
2 Select the Every option
( changes to ).
3 Type the daily interval you want
to use.
If you want to schedule the
appointment on weekdays, select
the Every weekday option
( changes to ).
Create a Repeating Appointment
If you have an appointment that occurs at a
regular interval, such as a daily department
meeting or weekly lunch date, you can schedule
such an appointment as a recurring event. You can
set up the appointment to repeat daily, weekly,
monthly, yearly, or every weekday.
You can also set up a custom recurrence pattern to suit your needs.

1 Select the Yearly option ( changes to ).
2 Select the Every option ( changes to ).
3 Click and then click a month.
4 Type the day of the month you want to use.

Can I make changes to one appointment
in a series of appointments?
Yes. Follow these steps:
1 In Calendar, navigate to the date when the
appointment occurs.
2 Double-click the appointment.
3 Select Open this one ( changes to ).
4 Click OK.
