About the Authors
Arnd Huchzermeier chairs the Production Management Department and the Center for Collaborative Commerce at WHUâOtto Beisheim School of Management in Germany. Prof. Huchzermeier has developed a case course on âOperations Strategy and Sustainability,â which he taught successfully at the graduate and master level. In the first part of the course, students are introduced to the concept of âManagement-Quality for Industrial Excellenceâ with many examples derived directly from the INSEAD-WHU Industrial Excellence Award competition that Prof. Huchzermeier codirects.
