Ethics in Managing Corporate Power and Politics

This chapter addresses teaching the topic of the ethical management of corporate power and politics in organizations. Ethical management concerns the principled application of power and politics, as defined by personal values and widely expected norms (Cavanagh, Moberg, and Velasquez 1981). The topic of corporate power and politics lies at the interface of politics, ethics, and leadership.
