Trust and Results

Trust begins and ends with results. You have to “deliver the goods;” you must fulfill your commitments.

1.  If you accept an action item, you have to deliver it as requested and on time. The performance data must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

2.  If you agree to create a presentation for the team, it must be comprehensive and clear. The slides should be effective and your delivery must be engaging and informative.

3.  If you represent the team at a major meeting, you must be on time, prepared and ready for all questions. As the “face” of the team, you must demonstrate competence and confidence.
