Who Do You Trust?
Sometimes it is useful to think about interpersonal trust as a basis for addressing the issue of team trust. For example, think about someone in your life that you find trustworthy. Take a few minutes. Are you focusing on that one person? Maybe you’ve got a few people. Now consider:
1. What does this person do (or not do) that causes you to trust them?
2. Have you know this person for a long time? Is it an old (or new) friend?
3. Is this person a relative, friend, teammate, neighbor, or colleague?
4. Is this a person you see frequently (daily, weekly)?
5. Have you ever spoken to this person about your relationship? About trust?
