We have defined “trust” but what about the related terms of “trusting” and “trustworthy?” Are they the same thing?
Trusting behavior. This simply means being open with your teammates and sharing your ideas, feelings, and information with them. In other words, no hidden agendas.
Trustworthy behavior. Here we are talking about the expression of acceptance, support and willingness to cooperate with your teammates. It means, “I am here for you; I believe in you.”
