Establish Community and Duty
Once again, we are brought back to our discussion about the value of community, belonging, and purpose. It is a discussion that reiterates something we all already know: Humans are built for teaming, for collaborating, and for cooperating with one another to accomplish important things. And it is in this effort that communities form and flourish. In the end, that is the real goal of teaming: to establish community.
