Promote on Social News Sites
As a blogger who is focused on technical or business topics, you should consider submitting your articles to sites dedicated to topics related to your content, places where you’ll find technical audiences interested in hearing what you have to say.
Without knowing the details of your blog, I can only suggest some sites that are broadly applicable to a variety of technical blogs. Namely, I’d recommend promoting your blog on Reddit and Hacker News. On Reddit, you get to choose which subreddit to submit your posts to, depending on their content.
