Candidate's Background
The candidate in this interview is Mr Vineet Kapoor, a fresh engineering graduate in Electronics and Telecommunication. This is his first encounter with any interview board. The job for which the interview is being held is for the R&D section of the company.
Interview Board's Composition
The board comprises a chairman and three expert members. The chairman of the selection] board is the Managing Director of the company himself. One of the experts is the head of the R&D department of the company, and the other two expert members are from outside.
