Abstract

In this chapter, we are going to review temporal data mining from three aspects. Initially, representations of temporal data are discussed, followed by a similarity measures of temporal data mining based on different objectives, and then five mining tasks including prediction, classification, clustering, search & retrieval and pattern discovery are briefly described at the end of chapter.
