In the past decade, speakers have relied on more and more visual aids to present their information. The first visual aid goes up to introduce the topic of their presentation and it's followed by a lengthy series of visuals, each one repeating almost word for word what the speaker is telling his audience. This is a clear case of role reversal: The overhead projector is now the presenter, and the speaker has become the aid.
