Saving a Worksheet in HTML Format
You can publish your Excel data on a Web site (or on your company's intranet) by converting your workbook to HTML format. Note, however, that PivotTables, AutoFilters, number formats, and formulas might not be converted properly, so you might have to do some tweaking to the completed HTML document.
HTML
Short for HyperText Markup Language, HTML is the language in which data is presented on the World Wide Web. To display your Excel data on the Web, you must convert it to this format.
Once you've prepared your data, you can save it in HTML by following these steps:
Select the first range of data you want to convert to HTML.
