Formatting Text on a Form

Once you place all your information on the form (that is, the fields you want to include and any titles or explanatory text), the next step is to make the form look more appealing.

All the formatting tools you need are on the Formatting toolbar (the second toolbar from the top in Form Design view). Table 14.1 shows the controls. To use a control, just select the element you want to format, then issue the command to apply the control.
