After all this complicated criteria discussion, you will be happy to know that sorting is fairly straightforward. To sort any field, just follow these steps from the query results window:
Click in the sort row for the field you want to sort. A down arrow for a drop-down list appears.
Open the drop-down list and select Ascending or Descending.
Later, if you want to cancel sorting for this field, repeat these steps, but select (not sorted). Refer back to Lesson 18 for more information about sorting.
