Publish to the Web

Access provides a quick way to save many objects at a time in HTML format: The Publish to the Web option. It lets you simultaneously select multiple objects for saving to your local hard disk. There is also an option for saving them directly to the server. If your server is using Microsoft software (Microsoft Web Server or Personal Web Server), you can even use the Publish to the Web Wizard to set up dynamic links to your Access database, so that the person accessing it from the Internet or intranet always sees the most recent data.

Follow these steps to check it out:

  1. Open the database containing the objects you want to publish.
