Disks have Cylinders which hold Data Blocks
Disks are made up of cylinders and data blocks are stored inside these cylinders
A data block always resides inside a disk cylinder. Disks contain thousands of cylinders. A data block never contains data from more than one table, but one table could be contained in many data blocks in many different cylinders if it is large.
