Although it was a traumatic experience at that time, I am very glad this
happened to me at an early stage in my career. I have never repeated
that mistake ever again. I learned this lesson very well. Since then, I
have been involved in more than 50 relayout projects. Whenever I have
to re–layout an area or a facility, I go the extra mile to make sure that I
involve all key personnel as I always remember “It is their home and I
need their involvement in rearranging their furniture.”
