Here are some examples of how the principles of lean thinking can be applied to
any project.
Many project leaders tend to include stakeholders who may not contribute •
to the project. This does not add any value from the customer’s perspective
and in fact wastes productive time for stakeholder and for the project leader.
During requirement collection phase, gathering unwarranted requirements •
for the project not only increases the schedule time but also reduces the
availability of resources during execution of project.
