about risks and risk factors may not be known by the organization and may need
external experts.
Thus, a risk assessment team may, in general, contain any of the following
members:
1. Air support level: Customers, business owners, key stakeholders, project
leader, and sponsors
2. Ground troops: Project subleaders, core team members, and technical
leaders
3. Others (as required): Industry experts, suppliers, consultants, and orga-
nizational experts outside of the project team.
