NACIREMA, INC.: A CASE STUDY IN PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
Robert C. Preziosi, DPA, is a professor of management education at the Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University. He has over 20 years of business experience, has published significantly, and has delivered seminars and workshops all over the United States and the Caribbean. Bob specializes in change, leadership, productivity, high-performance teams, and train the trainer. He is the editor of the new Pfeiffer Annual on Human Resource Management. He is also a frequent contributor to the Sourcebooks. Bob is the only person to receive two Torch Leadership awards from ASTD.
