PRIORITIZING TRAINING REQUESTS
Renee Stoll has over 13 years of adult training experience and is currently the manager of training, education, and employee development at TDS Telecom/Metrocom. Renee has spent the last five years of her career managing the training function for over 3,500 employees across the United States. Her team of 18 provides performance improvement activities and programs for sales, leadership, functional, technical, interpersonal, and product training for TDS. She has a great deal of experience juggling multiple training requests from multiple stakeholders. Renee is a past contributor to the Sourcebooks.
