Leigh Gronich Mundhenk, PhD, is an assistant professor at the University of Southern Maine at Lewiston-Auburn College. She is also founder of WorkConcepts, an organization that provides career and personal development consultation and training for individuals and organizations. Leigh is a frequent contributor to the Sourcebooks and was assistant editor for 20 Active Training Programs, Volume III (Pfeiffer, 1997).
