Amy Newman teaches management communication at Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration. For 20 years, Amy has worked with organizations to improve communication and performance. She held internal roles as a training director and external roles as an independent consultant. Her current consulting work focuses on employee communication, management development, and instructional design. A graduate of Cornell, Amy is SPHR (senior professional in HR) certified. Amy is also a past contributor to the Sourcebooks.
