Ingrid Guerra is an assistant professor of Administrative and Organizational Studies at the Wayne State University; research associate professor at the Sonora Institute of Technology, Mexico; and a senior associate of Roger Kaufman and Associates. She publishes, teaches, consults, and conducts research in the areas of evaluation, strategic planning, needs assessment and analysis, and learning.
