THE PURSUIT OFHAPPINESS
The circumstances of the basic unit of humanity – the individual – seem to be taken into consideration by planners less and less. This must be recognized as an important negative tendency, if only because the necessary adjustments to the 2030 drivers will require balanced, competent and motivated people.
