Job Safety Kata: The Duplex Kata
The Training Within Industry (TWI) Job Safety (JS) Kata is perhaps the most interesting of the Seven Kata. Each of the other kata has its own unique provenance and characteristics. The JS Kata, however, is more than what might be perceived of at first glance. It is the only one of the Seven Kata that can serve dual kaizen purposes.
