Of all of the leaders we will discuss in this book, Energizing leaders have the easiest time generating enthusiasm for an idea. They have a contagious sense of optimism that engages people, and they help the group build an invaluable network of connections. We’ll elaborate on the value of the Energizing leader in Chapter 12, but in this chapter we want to dig a little deeper to understand what is going on behind all of that energy.
