Enjoying the Team Experience
If someone were to ask, “How was your experience as a member of Team Fantastic?” you would probably say something like, “It was terrific. I really enjoyed it.” Or, if it didn’t go so well for you, you might say, “It was dreadful. I thought it would never end!” You might recount the mistakes the team made or its achievements, but the odds are good that you would also touch upon whether you enjoyed it. This seems to be human nature: Enjoyment matters, even if the bottom line is whether the team meets its goals, turns a profit, and satisfies its customers.
