There are a myriad of ways a project management approach can serve the principles of the Agile Codex. I have provided a sample of what has worked for me, explaining at each step how that practical approach serves the principles.

At its core, the Agile Codex is two things:

• An industrial engineering lens on the planning, structuring, and execution of software development work.

• Methods of collaboration to achieve this which encourage strong cross-team relationships.
