Following the sales meeting, the buzz kept up for a couple of weeks, but after a month, sales began to slide. Luke knew that he’d made the mistake of charging up the team, but failing to keep the momentum going. He talked to Allison about it and asked her opinion. “Well, I’m not the Coach, and there’s nothing in the Playbook about that.
