BECOME RECEPTIVE
Although we start by being reflective as we process our curiosity, we certainly don’t end there. Reflection is only the beginning. Anywhere Leaders are also highly receptive. It is essential to find the right moment to be reflective and the right moment to be receptive. Let’s start there, at the tension between reflective and receptive behaviors, before we dive into how to develop an ability to be more receptive.
