ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Norm Laviolette is it a comedian, speaker, writer, business owner, entrepreneur, and girls softball coach. Norm grew up in Grafton, Massachusetts, and attended the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, where he is still a few credits shy of graduating, thanks to that damned French class. He is a former member of the Massachusetts and Vermont Army National Guard. Norm cofounded the acclaimed improv and sketch comedy theater Improv Asylum, with locations in Boston and New York City. Norm speaks around the world about how the philosophies of improv can be used to transform teams into more powerful, creative, and healthy organizations. He lives with his wife, two daughters, two dogs, and a cat named Kenny in Duxbury, Massachusetts.
