Business Workers and Actors
In review, Business Workflows are initiated by Business Actors and performed by
Business Workers. Business Actors initiate workflows by interacting with Workers or
automated business systems. Activities are then performed by manual operations or
by automated processing. A business worker is defined by the specific role and set
of workflows they perform, such as a worker in an “accountant” role performing a
